This Ko Samui holiday villa comprises of four double bedrooms (each with en-suite bathrooms), with a stunning open plan living area, ideal for entertaining and overlooking a 15 metre black slate infinity pool surrounded by expansive teak decks. You will also be able to relax on a separate sun terrace and drink in the views while the children play in the tree-house.

When the sun goes down over the water retire to the large entertainment room with flat screen satellite TV/DVD or catch up on emails in the study with broadband Internet access.

The Ko Samui villa also has a live-in maid with separate quarters, a chef's kitchen (with a Thai Chef on request), a BBQ area and offers an SUV recreational vehicle should you wish to enjoy the multitude of spas, shops, bustling markets and wonderful restaurants only five minutes drive from the villa.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 30% of the full rental rate will be non-refundable

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
