A 150 m², two bedroomed holiday villa in Ko Samui with 21 m² private swimming pool as well as separate guest quarters with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on land approximately 550 m². In at least one of the villas both bedrooms and bathrooms have been adapted for the physically challenged.

This Ko Samui villa is on a resort which is within walking distance from the beach and there are no roads to cross. The security services here are 24 hours a day.

During your stay you can choose maidservice to help your stay become more relaxed. This is your personal assistant who will help you 8 hours a day with for example cleaning, dishes, laundry, cooking, kids etc.

On a clear day you may spot the 8 meters high, magnificent golden Big Buddha statue, not far from the villa.

This Ko Samui holiday villa is in Samrong Bay (commonly knows as "Secret Beach) which is located in the north of Koh Samui. The clear blue sea, lush green groves, soft silvery beaches and unspoiled bay adds to the natural beauty of the place.

Samrong Bay is ideal for those wishing to escape from the bustle of life but the main entertainment area of Chaweng beach is about 15 minutes drive away. It is only 5 kilometres from the Samui airport and 7 kilometres from the Chaweng Beach.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 30% of the full rental rate will be non-refundable

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
