This modern beachfront Koh Samui villa is located on the shores of the Gulf of Siam and from the villa, you can hear the sound of waves lapping on the shore. With a tropical flower garden ablaze with colour, the setting of this Koh Samui villa is magnificent. This Koh Samui villa boasts a spectacular shared swimming pool with a waterfall and Jacuzzi.

The villa features two big double bedrooms, with air conditioning, providing ample sleeping space for 5 persons. An additional bed can be set up in the living area. Both bedrooms have a private en suite bathroom.

The fully furnished kitchen has dual cooking facilities - gas and electricity - it also has a large refrigerator with deep freeze and a microwave. The spacious dining/living area has a breakfast table, chairs and three bar stools. Ascend the stairs from the outdoor terrace to a private sundeck for sun tanning or star gazing in the evenings. This is a superior accommodation which will enhance your holiday here in Koh Samui. Maid service is included for cleaning and laundry on a regular basis.

This Koh Samui villa is situated within a few minutes drive of two villages (Maenam and Nathon) where you can purchase any food supplies that are needed to make your holiday complete. There are also many shops where you can buy gifts or clothing. There are several recreational facilities nearby including an 18-hole international golf course (due to open mid 2003), restaurants and sightseeing tours.

To get around the Island a Suzuki Jeep is included in the rental rate, and can be used freely for the duration of your Holiday.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 30% of the full rental rate will be non-refundable

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
