Imagine waking up in the morning and stepping out onto the warm sands of a calm tropical cove where the waters lap gently on the shore. This Koh Samui villa has five bedroom and is located 10 minutes from Koh Samui's popular Lamai Beach and 20 minutes from the island’s tourist ‘hot spot’ Chaweng.

Enjoy the balmy tropical breezes. This beautiful Koh Samui villa is located on the main road that rings the island is built on two levels with three bedrooms on the upper level; two bedrooms on the ground level with a detached fifth bedroom with a separate bathroom and its own living room with TV.

The main living room downstairs is large and comfortably furnished with contemporary furniture and furnishings including cable TV. The villa's master bedroom is located on the top level and has a large ensuite bathroom. From the master bedroom and also from the main room you can step outside onto the large terrace and take-in the sweeping views of the Cove. Also on this level there is a fully fitted and functioning kitchen.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

This Koh Samui villa is set in a private garden and is spacious and comfortable. Due to the villa’s location a motor vehicle is essential. There are many rental car hire companies on the island so hireage can easily be arranged.

This Koh Samui holiday villa is located in Hua Thanon which is amongst the least developed part of Samui and is located along the beaches on the island's south west tip. Hua Thanon starts just beyond Hin Tin & Hin Yai and is quiet and home to one of Samui's last remaining traditional fishing fleets. The fishermen's elegantly painted kor lae boats are very photogenic. There are a few decent seafood restaurants by the side of the sea, which give you a taste of true Samui cuisine at bargain basement prices.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 30% of the full rental rate will be non-refundable

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
