This luxury villa in Koh Samui is a spacious Balinese-style Villa, with its own walled compound landscaped garden and private pool near the popular Choeng Moen beach.

This luxury villa in Koh Samui is part of a gated community with 10 other villas in the sought-after north-eastern part of Samui and offers privacy and luxury in a secure family-friendly haven.

The Villa has a private walled compound of 800 sqm containing lush tropical gardens, a private 40 sqm swimming pool and the Villa’s three separate living pavilions.

The first pavilion houses contains a large living and dining area also a distinct fully equipped fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The living and dining areas have high ceilings with fans and full length sliding glass doors opening out onto substantial veranda areas offering both indoor and outdoor dining.

The second pavilion houses the master bedroom complete with large indoor/outdoor bathroom and the third pavilion houses two more double bedrooms, one with twin beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and furnished to a high standard and feature full length sliding glass doors opening out onto private verandas looking over the villa’s pool and landscaped gardens.

The 10 by 4 metre private swimming pool has infinity edges and sandstone sunbathing decks equipped with sun-loungers and umbrella. The villa also features a large grass roofed sala pavilion providing a peaceful relaxing environment.

The villa is Balinese influenced, featuring a lot of natural wood, terracotta tiles and shaded and open spaces. The villa has its own Balinese style entrance way and a separate carport entrance provides ample parking space for two large vehicles. There is a daily maid service provided and that on request can provide private catering, massage services and other services for guests.
