Tucked away in the South Eastern corner of the island, this holiday villa in Koh Samui is arguably the most beautiful part of the island and set amidst lush tropical gardens.

This outstanding Koh Samui villa is situated within Samui Beach Village; a grouping of 14 new private residential villas located on beautiful Natien Beach, half a kilometre from the main road and little more than 5 minutes south of the bustling town of Lamai.

This holiday villa in Koh Samui is available for short-term rental and is built in Thai Bali style. This spacious 410 square meter villa (fourth villa back and only 50 metres from the sea) has been designed to blend the elegance and comfort of tropical architecture and the functionality of contemporary living. It is set in a wonderfully colourful garden of tropical plants, mature trees and shrubs. This two level Koh Samui villa features 3 large bedrooms with king size beds, all with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and large dressing rooms. Additionally, there is one small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, making it possible to accommodate 6 adults and two children. From the two top bedroom balconies there are direct views of the beach, the ocean and more lovely gardens surrounding the other villas.

The free flow swimming pool is 9 meters long and 4 meters wide and features an underwater seat along one width for relaxing whilst enjoying the pulsing of the gentle massaging jets.There is ample covered seating around the villa and pool to ensure you enjoy this splendid outdoor setting. The elegant furniture and fixtures throughout the interior of the villa are exquisite and have been hand chosen by the owners for maximum comfort and relaxation. Attention to detail even goes as far as deluxe cutlery and place mats. There is also a fourth bathroom for outdoor use, equipped with shower, wash basin and toilet.

This Koh Samui holiday villa is located in Hua Thanon which is amongst the least developed part of Samui and is located along the beaches on the island's south west tip. Hua Thanon starts just beyond Hin Tin & Hin Yai and is quiet and home to one of Samui's last remaining traditional fishing fleets. The fishermen's elegantly painted kor lae boats are very photogenic. There are a few decent seafood restaurants by the side of the sea, which give you a taste of true Samui cuisine at bargain basement prices.

The nearest town Lamai is about 6 km away and the next golf course and airport 20 km.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 30% of the full rental rate will be non-refundable

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, strikes, political unrest, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY HOLIDAY VELVET
Though it is unlikely that Holiday Velvet will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa booked, Holiday Velvet shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, if the properties are damaged or rendered unusable Holiday Velvet will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Holiday Velvet will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. Holiday Velvet shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
