This luxury villa in Koh Samui is a stunning contemporary style villa with a fantastic infinity edge swimming pool and its elevated position means that all rooms enjoy breathtaking views over the white sand sweep of Big Buddha Bay on the north coast.

The spacious open plan living area has floor to ceiling glass sliding glass doors at the front and back. The living room of this Koh Samui villa has stylish polished concrete flooring and is attractively furnished with a comfortable leather sofa set and coffee table.

The dining area of this luxury villa has a marble top table and chairs to seat 6 people, beyond which is the state of the art fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. The fully equipped white and stainless steel kitchen has everything you need should you wish to do any holiday cooking.

An open staircase from the living room area leads up to the first floor and main three bedrooms. From this floor an external staircase leads up to a large rooftop viewing terrace.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning as well as individual free standing fans, and all enjoy the same far reaching views over the ocean through sliding glass doors. The master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and walk-in wardrobes. The sumptuous en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub sited next to the window to allow you to enjoy the views while you bathe, as well as a separate shower with rain shower head.

The additional two bedrooms, a double and a twin, share a bathroom with a rain shower and a dressing room with built-in wardrobes.
The fourth air conditioned bedroom is a self contained studio which is located on the floor below the living area. It comprises a lounge area, a small kitchen and a double bedroom en-suite shower room.

The patio doors at the front of the living area open out on to the spacious sand-wash sundeck to offer an indoor-outdoor tropical living concept. The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining or enjoying alfresco dining. The large infinity edge swimming pool has a round Jacuzzi feature in one corner for you to sit in and enjoy cocktails whilst experiencing the amazing sunsets.
