This two-storey Kenya apartment is located in Mombasa in the Nyali area which is considered a prime and upmarket residential area on the mainland north of the island and linked by the New Nyali Bridge.

Nyali has now become a self-contained residential area, with two Nakumatts (supermarkets), home to the Nyali Cinemax complex, Mamba Village, the Nyali Golf Club and Nakumatt Nyali and City Mall shopping complexes. Other notable features in the area are Mamba Village crocodile farm, Wild Waters amusement park and Haller Park, a nature trail and wildlife conservatory.
