Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful two-story villa rental in Jamaica, which was newly constructed in 2004, sits on a lush one acre parcel in Treasure Beach, Jamaica.

The two floors, which can either be rented together or seperately, have a total of five spacioius bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms.

In our Jamaica villa each floor also has a fully equipped kitchen, an expansive living room area, and a large wrap around verandah.

Verandahs provide excellent ocean views of the Carribean Sea as well as the magnificent sunset vistas.

Surrounding grounds at Sandy Rose Villa include a large 32 foot freshwater swimming pool with patio and gardens. A private beach is located just across the lane from Sandy Rose Villa rental in Jamaica.

About Jamaica St Elizabeth

The town of Treasure Beach offers many wonderful dining experiences, including Jakes and The Treasure Beach Hotel for fine dining and Jack Sprat Cafe and South Jammin for more casual cuisine. The Wild Onion Nightclub and Fisherman's Night Club offer local music, dancing, and entertainment. Treasure Beach also has a lovely large public beach. The Jack Sprat Cafe also has a great beach and is a perfect spot for an afternoon of great food, sun, and swimming.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Winter Season (Dec 17 - April 30) 1 - 6 guests per week US $1,500+$200 per additional person

2. Summer Season (May 1 - Dec 16) 1 - 6 guests per week US $1,200+$150 per each additional person
3. A 20% staff gratuity will be added to the rental fee discussed above. This charge is for the live-out cook/housekeeper and on-site caretaker, who has a separate cottage in rear of property.
