Within 1 week of making the down payment: If the client cancels within 1 week of making the down payment then the down payment is re-imbursed. In all other cases it is lost.
Balance Payment: The balance payment is due 60 days in advance and is non-refundable.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
