This Ibiza villa is a very private traditional Ibizencan finca recently renovated with love and taste. Located at only 3km from the centre of Ibiza it offer a fantastic panoramic view over the Ses Salinas natural park. Very close to Airport, to Ses Salinas and Cala Jondal beaches.

This Ibiza villa features on two levels 4 double bedrooms (2 with A/C), a fully furnished kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with jacuzzi), sitting room with fireplace, a panoramic terrace with chill out bed, fenced garden with barbecue, swimming pool and secure car parking for 4 vehicles.

The villa features as well a guest house with one double bedroom and one bathroom.
It is an ideal rental for families or parties up to 10 people.

The Ibiza villa is located in San Jose, a place that is perched on the side of the island's tallest mountain, Sa Talaia (475 metres high). Dominated by its fortress church which dates back to the 15th Century, San Jose is a sleepy village in the wildest and prettiest corner of the island.

From the top of the mountain you can see both the Spanish mainland and Mallorca on a good day. After you've watched one of the best sunsets you've ever experienced, you can wander down to a typically Ibicencan restaurant and sample some of the best tapas on the island.
