Absolutely the best Oceanfront Condo in Kona with all the extra's of a five star resort.
Luxury one bedroom Kailua Kona vacation condo with two queen beds, two twin inflatable beds has a prime location in the oceanfront Alii Villas building C near ocean/pool. One of the few with a huge covered lanai overlooking the ocean. Air conditioning (fee). High Speed Wireless Internet (fee).

This Kailua Kona vacation condo is beautifully renovated with new tile flooring, leather sectional sofa and stone coffee table, maple kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, flat screen T.V's, and five appliances (including in suite washer/dryer). This Kona vacation rental also has a large covered patio (lanai) has a lovely ocean view and is well furnished for dining. Four poster Queen Size bed draped in fabric in master bedroom with new memory foam mattress and quality bedding. Lots of extras like boogie boards, snorkel masks, and picnic equipment. We even provide Hawaiian music, a dvd tour of the Big Island, guidebooks and plenty of local cultural information.

About Hawaii Kona

Alii Villas is a popular, well maintained ocean front Kailua Kona resort located on scenic Alii Drive, with nothing between it and the ocean except palm trees and lush gardens. It is conveniently located within walking distance (15 minutes) from the center of town. There is a built in bar-b-q located next to the pool with an entertainment deck from which sunsets and whale sightings can be viewed. Magic Sands white sand beach is about a 10 minute walk.

Extras include snorkel equipment, boogie boards, free parking stall, free telephone calls anywhere on the Big Island, and a lovely welcome basket.
Best of all, the climate in Kona is sunny all year, daytime temperatures ranging from 81 to 86.
