Intoxicating for all the right reasons, the Copenhagen is the creation of one of the city’s most popular bartenders, who works in one of the city’s trendiest cocktail bars. Gromit Eduards, of Bar 1105, was the winner of the concoction-making competition back in 2009, and his mouth watering potion has been duplicated ever since in countless bars not only in Copenhagen, but all over the world. Based on the internationally renowned Cherry Heering, one of the most used liqueurs in the world, the Copenhagen is as much patriotic symbolism as anything else.
