Opened a few years back, in a prime position on 8 de Agosto, massive and stylish outdoor dining area hosts plenty of celebs and it people throughout the season. Let alone they do some of the best sushi on the island. Recommended for large groups, order up the friends menu and everyone grab your sticks and dig in. Plus they do lots of non fish rolls, so plenty for every taste palette.

La Moderna, restaurant in Ibiza town
Tucked down one of the pedestrian streets between the port and the main square in town, you find this quaint and authentic little restaurant spot. The menu of the day is always rich with choices and the food is packed with flavour. The place has been decorated with a mix of colours, flowers and different statements to bright up anyones day. Open for lunch or dinner its a real treat.

Located on Ibiza towns main road of Avenida de España here you can find tapas with a twist. Lots of great choices to have, from salads, to meats and plenty for everyone to share. Best to order a couple of dishes and everyone get the forks ready. I love the dates wrapped in bacon and spinach with goat cheese, yum yum.

Another great spot for tapas is La Cava, located right on the Vara de Rey, main square in town. Here you can sit and enjoy an afternoon sangria watch the people walk by, or enjoy the indoor dining area with lovely ambient lighting and plenty of tapas to choose from. Tempura shrimp, cod roasted in tomato sauce or fresh cheese wrapped with smoked salmon. Plenty on offer so bring your appetite.
