Vacation Rental Description

The villa is situated directly on our private sandy beach with unique and breathtaking seaviews. The sarounding area is one of the most beutiful spots of the island.

The villa is in real stone built, in two floors with solid beam ceilings, traditional furniture, fully equipped kitchen, nicely decorated living room and bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms.

 In more detail, the villa is a 2-floor villa with the followings:
Downstairs: Kitchen- Livingroom with traditional couch that sleeps 1, flat screen TV/DVD set.
A bedroom with 2 single beds and A/C.
One bath with shower.
A large veranda fully equipped with sun- umbrella, sunbeds and chairs for 6.
Upstairs: A large bedroom with a double queen's size bed (special decorated) with A/C.
Spacious bathroom en suite with bath and shower. A wooden balcony that overlooks the garden and has a panoramique seaviews.
You also have unlimited seaviews from inside the villa!.

About Greece Other

The area of Aboula- Psarou is situated between the resorts of Amoudi and Tsilivi, on the North East coast of the island of Zakynthos or Zante, just 12 km off Zante town.
You will not find a more idyllic spot anywhere on the island.
Zante villas are synonimous with a quiet and peaceful haven, located with magnificent views over the Ionian Sea, where on a clear day you can see out to the island of Kefalonia.
The pretty cove with its private sandy beach with crystal clear sea is an ideal place to relax soaking up the sun.

The surrounding countryside provides interesting walks. Within walking distance (50 – 200 meters long) you can find many typical Greek tavernas, mini-markets and bakery for your daily needs.
To explore the surrounding area, car/bike hire is definitely recommended and available.
