Vacation Rental Description

NissoVilla is situated on a hilltop enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and stunning Rhodes countryside, located between the popular holiday beach resort of Kolymbia, and Afandou a traditional and warm Greek town. The Villa includes Italian fitted kitchen, electric and solar water heating, Pergolas, cozy fire place, air conditioning units, private garden, private swimming pool, parking area with a pergola. The Villa offers open - plan living areas
finished to a luxury standard.

* Welcome pack available in the villa. You will be greeted with a welcome pack to include water, fruit juice, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, eggs, biscuits, cheese, crackers and a bottle of wine. We understand after a journey, you do not wish to make your first trip a shopping one.
* Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Cleaning is kept to once a week to maintain your privacy, however if you require additional cleaning and linen changes, this can be organised for a small local charge.
* Preferred changeover days are Wednesday and Saturday although this is not fixed. Arrival time is after 16:00. Villa must be vacated by 10:00 on day of departure unless prearranged.
* Prices do not include travel insurance. This should be purchased separately.
*English-speaking representative on hand to answer any questions.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Preferred changeover days are Wednesday and Saturday although this is not fixed. Arrival time is after 14:00. Villa must be vacated by 12:00 on day of departure unless prearranged.
2. Cleaning is kept to changeover for privacy, however a mid-stay clean and linen change can be organised for a small local charge.
3. A 25% deposit will be required at the time of booking.
4. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to booked date.
5. Payment currency and methods: electronic bank transfer or by paypal.
6. Prices do not include travel insurance. this should be purchased separately.
