Long winter or summer lets of 2 weeks and more a discount can be negotiated
A deposit of 25% is payable
Preferred days of Wednesdays or Saturdays for changeovers
Arrival time is after 4pm
If you are booking within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable when you reserve
A £150 security bond is required
