1. Prices are for 6 people
2. Long winter or summer lets of 2 weeks and more a discount can be negotiated
3. A deposit of 25% is payable
4. Preferred days of Wednesdays or Saturdays for changeovers
5. Arrival time is after 4pm
6. If you are booking within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable when you reserve
7. A £150 security bond is required
