It consists of two floors. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom and large, furnished veranda with pergola and view of the sea; on the lower floor an open-plan kitchen and living room with WC.

The kitchen door leads to a large terrace with pergola and seating area and the living room opens onto a small furnished veranda with arches. You can enjoy the sunset from the upper floor veranda and the terrace.
