Vacation Rental Description

Accommodates: 8 pax Layout: 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa consists of three levels. The ground floor of the villa, which comprises a large space with a lounge, an open fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen, ends up in a large roofed veranda. On this level you can also find a double bedroom with kingsize bed, a bedroom with twin beds, and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. This bedroom is isolated and it is accessible through inner stairs.

On the lower ground floor there is a separate, self-contained guest studio, which is independent from the rest of the house, with a double bedroom with twin beds, a sitting room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, next to a little wood, there is a barbecue area and a traditional wine press. The villa is surrounded by large verandas with fantastic views over the Souda Bay and the picturesque village of Gavalohori. In front of the villa you can find the swimming pool, surrounded by almond and oak trees.
