Vacation Rental Description

This magnificent home sits on over one acre of land directly on the intracoastal waterway in South Beach. Just behind Pine Tree drive where several royalties own homes. It is one of the oldest wealthy neighborhoods in Miami Beach. Established in the 1920s. The hom was built in 1923, several times updated to ist proud current shape. Two electric gates provide controlled private access uo to 12 cars. The home is set far back from the entrance for total privacy.

Original marble floors and details such as castle doors and marble inlets make you feel royalty. Huge old palm trees provide total privacy from by-passing yachts and boaters. A large pool and entertainment area with BBQ and lots of seating areas and lounge chairs make this private backyard feel like paradise.

The home has a guest room on the first floor with a twin bed, The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed a large sitting area and a private terrace overlooking the intracoastal waterway and pool. The 3rd and 4th bedroom have a queen bed. The 5th bedroom can be entered from a separate entrance which lead down to the separate kitchen entrance. It was originally designed for the staff . It has its own kitchenette and bathroom. It also has access to the laundry room. It is now connected to the main home as well.

Flaming Drive is a tree lined street with multi million dollar homesone after another. Many of them renovated to their original glamour. It is just a few minutes to the Miami beach golf course. You can easily walk to the beach, upscale shopping and resaurants and clubs like "The Forge" and "Glass"
