Villa Petalutha is a luxury holiday villa centrally located on the hill tops between Afandou & Kolymbia in picturesque Rhodes.

The high specification and quality contemporary design offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Italian fitted kitchen and spacious, air conditioned living accommodation. To make this a home from home, we have fully kitted the kitchen and included a widescreen TV, DVD/CD player with iPOD docking station, wireless broadband internet access and a Playstation console with over 20 games.

The villa also enjoys a landscaped walled garden surrounding the private pool and terrace. All living and sleeping areas enjoy the main selling feature of the Villa, and that is the views! The elevated position offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque Rhodes landscape and enjoys uninterupted views of the stunning Rhodes sun rises and sunsets.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Preferred changeover days are Wednesday and Saturday although this is not fixed. Arrival time is after 16:00. Villa must be vacated by 10:00 on day of departure unless prearranged

2. Cleaning is kept to once a week to maintain your privacy, however if you require additional cleaning and linen changes, this can be organised for a small local charge
3. A 25% deposit will be required within 5 days of booking. If the deposit is not received within 5 day the booking may be offered to other interested parties
4. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to booked date. If full payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be treated as a cancellation and any deposit paid may be forfeited
5. A £150 security bond is required when you pay your remaining balance and will be held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday providing we have confirmation no damage has occurred during your stay
6. We have an Internet connection via a Vodafone USB connection stick available on request. A further £150 security deposit is required for this, again refundable on return, on confirmation of its return
7.  
8. Payment currency and methods: At the moment in GBP by personal cheque, or electronic bank transfer. However we hope to add an on-line booking option soon
9. Prices do not include travel insurance. this should be purchased separately
10. The Pool will not be in use out of season unless by prior arrangement
11. Pets are not allowed
