Vacation Rental Description
This Orlando holiday villa is situated just off the 192 in a very quiet and peaceful area of a village where all the pool areas have a children's play area and also barbeques. 3 night minimum stay.
The holiday villa consists of a master bedroom on the ground floor with TV and has a king-size bed. Two further bedrooms, one with a double and the third with 2 twin beds, and a bathroom are upstairs.
About Golf Rentals Kissimmee
Located in a quiet gated Village with 4 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, clubhouse with free internet, game room and gymnasium. Ideal for families and couples. Approximately 15-20 mins to Disney, Universal, and Sea World.
All Disney, Universal, and Sea World attractions a short drive away. Fabulous shopping outlets with great bargains to be had for all the family. The Gulf Coast and the Atlantic Coast have some lovely beaches and is not too far to travel. It's a good idea to take a packed lunch when visiting theme parks as this will save money especially if there are children to cater for.
Restaurants are inexpensive and good value. There are so many nearby you will be spoiled for choice.
After you have visited the theme parks you can still go to Downtown Disney which is free to park the car and a lovely walk in the early evening. There are many discount booklets to pick up in shopping malls and these can also be found at the clubhouse. The nearest golf course is Kissimmee Golf Club which is about 3 miles away and is very reasonably priced. Clubs can also be rented from there.

- Book now for rental through December 14, 2008 for at least a 1 week stay and the rent is only $450. December 15 through January 4, 2009 is only $500 per week

- $60 cleaning fee and 13% lodging tax
