This luxury Villa rental in Florida Gulf Coast is located in one of the most prestigious communities in the Port Charlotte area. Sleeps 10 in Luxury with the added Bonus of 2 Master en-suite bedrooms.

Relax in the living room area in air-conditioned comfort, or chill-out around your own private pool on those sizzling summer days, with a glass of wine. For those lazy days at home, this villa is equipped with 3 TV’s and a DVD player (USA). Please let us know if you require High Chairs for small children or a baby cot. Casual dining for those informal occasions is situated next to the kitchen, with sliding door access to the Lanai / patio area, pool and Jacuzzi. Alternatively you can entertain in style in the more formal dining room that comfortably seats 10.

One of the special features of this house is the two master bedrooms, and both are the epitome of sheer luxury. Each room is comfortably furnished with a King size bed and matching décor, plus a large cable TV. The large walk-in dressing area leads on to a private en-suite with shower and spa-bath. The cooling floor tiles in the bathroom feel wonderful after a hot day in the sun. Bedrooms 3 and 4 comprise a double bedroom and a twin bedded room both furnished to the highest standard and sharing a luxurious bathroom.

The private luxury, screened pool is solar heated with an extended sun-deck to maximize sunbathing space and to catch those breathtaking sunsets at the end of the day. The area also has a safety screen to allow children to be able to play around the pool area without worry...so just relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a beer, whilst you decide which of the fabulous local restaurants you are going to visit this evening. There is also a Jacuzzi that is heatable up to 102F. The pool area is equipped with a large range of patio furniture and sun-loungers, and is wonderfully secluded by numerous trees and plants.

This part of Florida is an ideal base for day trips to explore the many local attractions. The ‘Everglades’ and Islands are just 2 hours drive to the south. Tampa Bay with Busch Gardens is 90 minutes drive to the north and we think this is one of the best theme parks for families. Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in Central Florida, only 2.5 hours drive away. White sandy beaches on the Gulf Coast at Englewood are only 15 minutes drive and there are at least 5 golf courses within the boundaries of Rotonda, and another 5 within a 20-minute drive.


There is an abundance of fishing and boating not only at Rotonda but also at world famous sports fishing grounds, such as deep-sea fishing for Marlin off Boca Grande island which is only a six mile drive to the south, so why not take the opportunity to charter a sailing boat with a skipper? just ask us for details. Water sports are available in abundance including parasailing and ‘waverunners’ (jet-skis), windsurfing and scuba diving off of this beautiful coast. Myakka Nature Reserve is less than 1 hour away, and local wildlife includes such birds as Osprey, Heron, Pelicans, Ibis, Egrets, also Raccoons, Armadillos, Turtles, Dolphins and Alligators - you won't have to go far before catching sight of at least one of these.
