Prospect Cottage is a charming , spacious , comfortably furnished 3 bedroomed home suitable for up to 6 guests . We have been operating for 10 successful year s and offer excellent value for your money .Sip drinks on the elevated wooden deck with panoranicevies of the lagoon and the Knysna " Heads" or enjoy the view from the lounge, dining room and bedrooms. Relish the tranquil country lifestyle of Knysna with easy access to the Garden Route and Klein Karoo. . Ideally situated a 3 minute walk to central Knysna and the lagoon . Easy access to boating and water sport facilities and a short stroll from the Knysna Waterfront Complex.. Secure and hassle free.

Lounge/dining room with colour TV ( Satelite) and a VCR. Master bedroom carpeted with queen size bed . Shower and toilet en suite. 2nd Bedroom with doulble bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms overlook the lagoon. Full family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and toilet. Toiletries supplied. Spacious kitchen with stove, oven, microwave oven. A modereate climate , restaurants and activities make Knysna the perfect destination. . the lagoon is permanently open to the sea and the tides rise and fall 1.7 m floloding the lagoon through a channel between " The Heads" wich ar two great sandstone cliffs.
