This 1st floor apartment is located in Avenida de la Purisima and just 40 seconds walk to Playa del Cura beach.

There are stairs or lift access.

The air-conditioned living/dining room has a corner sofa, wheeled glass occasional table, TV unit, television, DVD player (please bring your own DVD's), sideboard, table lamp, freestanding lamp, pictures, wooden dining table and 6 chairs.

Off of the living room you have the balcony with table and 4 chairs, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying that local wine, sangria or beer.

The air-conditioned master bedroom, has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, 2 bedside chest of drawers, 2 lamps, squiggly mirror. There is an en-suite shower room with shower with cubicle, toilet, sink and mirror.

The air-conditioned second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside table and squiggly mirror. Patio doors lead out to the internal balcony area.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, saucepans, glasses.

The fully tiled main bathroom has a sink, mirror, bath with over the bath shower and toilet.

The building has a roof top sunbathing area, which you can use.

Additional items in the property; iron, ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum, video entry system.

The air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms is an optional extra and provides both cold and hot air.

The apartment is cleaned on your departure, bed linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) are provided as standard.

There is no swimming pool, Playa del Cura Beach and sea is just 40 seconds walk from the front of the property and Playa los Locos beach about 15 minutes walk from the property.

Between the beaches there are rocky areas, suitable for sunbathing and snorkelling.

Parking is available on the road. However staying at this property you would not require a car.

No smoking in the apartment, no pets. Smoking allowed on balcony.

Travel cot, high chair, push chair, beach towels, welcome (grocery) pack can be provided if required, details on the booking form.

This property will make ideal accommodation for your beach holiday.

Playa del Cura beach - 40 second walk from the front of the property (less than 1 min walk!).

Playa Los Locos, approx 10-15 minutes walk along the wide promenade.

Beach goods shops in close proximity.

Mas y Mas supermarket less than 5 mins walk.

Delicatessen shop below the property complex.

English newspapers just seconds from the property.

Amazing variety of bars and restaurants to choose from (Spanish, English, Italian, Irish, Chinese etc), all in easy walking distance. Lots of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors along the promenade over looking the sea.

Souvenir shops, one directly below the property.

There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and go inside the Delfin S61 submarine at certain times of the year.

Natural sea swimming pool not far from property (you can view to it from roof solarium, picture below).

The land train goes along the road in front of the property.

Many sand sculptures in the summer months.

Boat rides from the harbour to Tabarca Island.

Fast food establishment - BurgerKing is in easy walking distance.

Variety of shops closeby (clothes, shoes, souvenirs, tobacconists, beach items etc).

This is a great location to stay in without the need of hiring a car.

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, approx 20 mins drive.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 5 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 5 minute drive away.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.

Pacha nightclub is situated opposite the water park.

If you enjoy football, FC Torrevieja's football ground is about 6 mins drive.

Pitch and Putt course in Torrevieja, next to water park.

A little further afield ….

The historical towns of Cartegena, approx an hours drive.

Murcia, approx 50 drive and Orihuela, approx 40 mins drive which make enjoyable days out as do the surrounding national parks.

1 hours drive you have, Terra Mitica theme park. Terra Natura animal sactuary, Aqualandia water park, MundoMar sealife centre.

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca and the closest to this property is located in Torrevieja itself, the largest market in the area and is held every Friday.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

2. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
3. Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
4. A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
5. You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
6. A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.
7. Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
8. Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
9. Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
10. If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
11. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR THE FINAL CLEAN OR FOR MEETING YOU AT THE PROPERTY WITH THE KEYS. UNLIKE MANY OPERATORS.
