Vacation Rental Description

This 2 bedroom villa is situated at Playa Golf I, Campoamor, just a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants, 5 minutes drive to Cabo Roig and Campoamor beaches and Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses. Villamartin golf course about 10 minutes drive.

The property has a living/dining room, kitchen, downstairs WC and shower, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, main bedroom and twin bedroom, balcony off of main bedroom, bathroom and upstairs roof solarium.

This alicante holiday villa has a large front garden which has been laid to stones, even in the winter, the garden gets some sunshine.

On entering the villa you have the bright dining/living room. The dining area has a rattan dining table and 4 chairs, with glass chandelier above. The living area has 2 sofas and a TV which has English channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all you need.

Upstairs you have the two bedrooms. The main bedroom with air conditioning, double bed and a patio door that leads out onto the balcony, and the second one with 2 single beds. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.

Their is a communal swimming pool down the road with grass for sunbathing and marble benches. The pool has a shallow area for young children.

Parking available on the drive or on the road in front of the property. There is an information pack of things to do in the area, restaurants etc.

Non-smoking in the property, smoking permitted outside. No pets.

At walking distance you have an Aldi supermarket, several bars and restaurants.

5 minutes drive you have Campoamor and Cabo Roig beaches. Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses. Approximately 10 minutes Villamartin golf course and Villamartin Plaza.Approx 15 mins drive you have the Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf, restaurants. Las Habaneras shopping centre, with 3 storeys of shops. Aquapolis water park, pitch and putt. Pacha nightclub.

Elche where you will discover the world of Palm trees (one of the great collections in the world) is 45km. Alicante, the capital of the Costa Blanca and a great place to shop, eat, explore and has a lovely marina is 55km. Benidorm, where you will also find “Terra Mitca” theme park – which is a great day out. Mundomar etc is 85km (about 75 mins drive).

Approximately 50 mins drive from Alicante airport or 25 mins from Murcia airport.

Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required. If you do not want to drive from either airport but require a car we are able to provide an airport collection service with car hire at the property. A car would be advisable when staying at this property.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Air conditioning included in rental price.

2. A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
3. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
4. Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
5. A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
6. You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
7. You will be given a telephone number to ring, in case of any emergencies.
8. A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.
9. Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
10. Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
11. Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
12. If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
13. We do not charge you an additional cost to the clean on your departure, unlike many operators.
