Vacation Rental Description

The Pardise Condominiums are well kept and are in a great location. The grounds are colorful and well groomed. The entrance is on the East side of the main road "Calle Pas Diaz" in Jaco beach. the complex is gated and is manned 24 hours. there is a large common area that includes two pools and a Jacuzzi. They are clean and well maintained. The layout is court style and the one way street travels a big square and parking is allowed on one side of the street only.

The condo's are one bedroom one bath,newly remodeled,new tile and furnished. Pull out couch in the Kitchen/living room and double bed in the bedroom. There is a refrigerator,microwave,two burner hot top and beautiful hardwood kitchen cabinets.

Paradise condos are one block to the ocean and walking distance to the town center. Very,very conviently located.
