Our Florida home can effortlessly accommodate two families or one large extended family reunion, with the villa boasting 2 luxurious master suites both with direct access to the south facing pool and deck areas.

About Golf Rentals Clermont

For the young at heart the community features tennis courts, basketball court, soccer field and two children’s playground areas. All these facilities are free to enjoy for Orange Tree Vacation Rental guests. The conservation area comprises a beautiful lake, which is home to the magnitude of Florida wildlife. Watch out for the family of cranes who take their daily saunter around the community, but remember do not feed any of the wildlife.

Clermont is known as the "Gem of the Hills" by the locals and is the largest city in south Lake County. It is noted for its natural rolling hills, which is unusual for central Florida. It is also known for its many cool clear fresh water chain of 16 lakes, connected by the Palatlakaha River in the Ocklawha Basin of tributaries of the St. Johns River, the only river system in the U.S.A that flows north. The historic downtown district is still much as it was 50 years ago.

Central Florida has so much to offer visitors. Home to Disney’s entertainment empire, including Animal Kingdom, Disney World, Epcot and MGM Studios, this is a dream destination for the young and the young at heart. Besides the theme parks, Florida has an array of top class Golf Courses, not to mention Nightlife, Shopping and Restaurants in abundance.

If you simply want to get away from it all, a short drive will take you to one of the many idyllic beaches, alternatively, you may prefer to rent a boat for the day and take a picnic and gently potter around Lake Louisa one of Florida’s National Parks which is only 4 miles from Orange Tree Community.

The more active will enjoy the many excellent walks around the Orange Tree Conservation Community. In addition to the lush conservation area, you will find an abundance of fruit trees, in particular Orange Trees, which can be freshly picked when in season.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. The prices are fully inclusive of 12% State Tax

2. Optional pool heating is available upon request - £13 per day with a 3 day minimum
3. During Winter Months Spa heat is FREE
4. Reservations less than 6 nights require a cleaning fee of £50
5. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week or part thereof is required at the time a reservation is made: The deposit must be paid by major credit card, cash or personal check in advance of receiving confirmation
6. Payment of deposit infers the renter is in agreement with our Terms and Conditions
7. A £100 refundable bond serves as a security deposit in case of any damages or missing items from the home
8. This is due along with the final balance 70 days prior to arrival
9. The security deposit is fully refundable within 21 business days after departure, pending an inspection from our management company: Damages made to the home by the guest will be the responsibility of the renter
10. All Rental payments must be received in full 70 days prior to arrival
11. If the payment is not received 70 days prior to the arrival date it will be considered a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited
12. Reservation crossing over different seasons will be pro-rated by night
13. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods
14. Home is available on a first come first serve basis and must be confirmed with a deposit
15. Prices are subject to change without notice
16. We regret that pets are not permitted
17. Smoking is not allowed in our homes and must be confined to the patio and outside areas
18. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am
19. It is each guests responsibility to read and comply with instructions within the Guest Information Book located in the home
20. The Registration Form found in our home must be completed prior to check-out
21. The failure to do so will result in a £13 fee withheld from the security deposit
