Vacation Rental Description

Villa Casa Minha Terra is located in the picturesque fishing village of Carvoeiro in the Sesmarias area on the Algarve. Located close to tennis courts and a short drive to the village centre where you have shops, supermarkets, restaurant and bars as well as a lovely beach. Villa Minha Terra is 15 minute drive from the slide and splash water park and a short drive from the zoo marine and the town of Portimao

The Algarve villa has a large lawn area situated at the back of the villa with comfortable seating under shady trees for a relaxing drink in the afternoon. The pool can be heated and is secluded with plenty of sunloungers and a large covered terrace with table, chairs and umbrellas a seperate BBQ area is located to the side with integrated seating for alfresco dining.

Villa Minha Terra has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms each sharing a full bathroom with bath and shower. The master double has its own TV and with patio doors leading to the pool area. The kitchen has oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee perculator, kettle and full kitchen utensils and more. Maid service 3 days
