Miami Shores is a beautiful neighborhood with mature oak tree lined streets and walkways wher you can stroll to the restaurants, waterpark and several parks. a convenient store is just around the corner. You are in the city yet it feels like the country side wihere you wake up to the singing of many different birds and parrots.

The home has a split floorplan. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, florida room and a laundry room. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout The naster bedroom features a king size bed, second and third bedroom a queen bed. Sleeper sofas offer extra sleeping space. The kitchen features a gas stove and microwave oven.

This home is located in the upscale and save Miami Shores area. just north of Down Town Miami. Just 1.5 miles to Interstate I-95 which takes you north, south east and west in just minutes. Only 15 minutes from South Beach, 15 min to the airport, 10 minutes to Down Town Miami and the Opera house. The beaches and popular shopping malls are just 15 minutes away.

Miami Shores was established in the 1930s. It is a residential neighborhood with all different types of homes. Many are designed by famous architects. Many schools and churches are throughout the little village. Most homes have a separate sidwalk and alleys in the backyard.

Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour mall and Merrick Park in Coral Gables are just 15 minutse away. The Parrot Jungle and Bayside within 10 minutes. Water taxis take you from Bayside to South Beach, Coconut Grove and the Performing Arts Center.
