Vacation Rental Description

On the ground floor, the main door, under the right arch in the front of the house introduces to the entrance hall leading to a charming and comfortable living room with fireplace and many French windows overlooking the garden and making the room very bright, The dining area is also very spacious, a study, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and a guest bathroom. Upper floor: the first floor has five double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom (two of which also have a Jacuzzi), a small sitting room, another spacious living room and two other independent entrances accessed from outside staircases. 

In the garden, a 16-metre swimming pool offers pleasant refreshment in the hotter months of the year. 
La Casetta’s proximity to numerous places of natural and cultural interest as well as local sporting facilities make it the ideal place for a holiday  

About Golf Rentals Pisa

La Casetta is a traditional -although entirely restructured- farmhouse located in the centre of a 170 hectares farm whose land is partially cultivated and partially given over to Mediterranean scrub. The farm is located in the North of Tuscany, near Livorno and Pisa and no far from the seaside. Being located at the top of a hill just outside the village of Castell'Anselmo, the farmhouse enjoys views which extends from Pisa and the Apuane alps to the hills surrounding Leghorn and the sea beyond. Lucca, Volterra and Florence can be reached respectively in 40,50 and 50 minutes by car. The swimming pool overviewing the valley offers pleasant refreshment in the hotter months of the year.
