Vacation Rental Description

Villa adjacent to Vale do Lobo and near to Quinta do Lago shopping/resort in the prestigious golden triangle.

Large furnished terrace on 1st floor overlooks beautifully lawned lit gardens of about 500sqm. BBQ, stone table/seating. Lit swimming pool is 9.5x4.5m facing south. The gardens and the pool areas are ideal for evening dining and swimming. Sun loungers are at your disposal. House has alarm.

Washer/dryer is in laundry room along with ironing table, iron, and vacuum cleaner. The 4th bathroom is downstairs so that once you come out of the pool you can access it easily. The garden has a private stone/brick, free standing BBQ as well as a large stone table and seating. The pool is lit and is in the front garden which is beautifully lawned and is also lit. The whole property has a hedge and is fully fence.

Master bedroom: king size bed, en-suite shower, TV.
Bedroom 2: two single beds.
Bedroom 3: twin room, self coded safe, access to balcony. Bedroom 4: double bedroom, another master bedroom.
All bedrooms have wardrobes, chests of drawers and air con.

About Golf Rentals Vale do Lobo

Villa is south facing towards the ocean. There is a straight road to the sea/beach and it is estimated a 20 mins walk or 5 mins by car (1.3km) to the nearest beach (Garrao) which also have restaurants etc. Other nearby beaches are Ancao and Vale do Lobo. Vilamoura is 8km away and boasts another beach. The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a short distance. The water is clear water. There are good swimming conditions in luke warm water.

You are surrounded by several golf courses. The famous Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo Golf Courses are about 5 mins away. Vilamoura Courses are 8 km away. You are spoiled for choice. The property is across the street from Sir Henry Cotton's ‘Vale do Lobo's - Royal Golf Course’

Quinta shopping is 1km away. Almancil is 2.5km away. Faro's ‘Forum Algarve’ shopping mall is 8km away. There are several restaurants nearby and within 500m and 2km. You are spoiled for choice. There are various Restaurants in the vicinity.

Horse riding, tennis club and various golf clubs are nearby. Vilamoura Marina with all its restaurants, nightlife and casino is only 8km away.
