Our recently built villa backs onto a conservation area of fragrant pine trees and is not overlooked at the rear by any other properties. The fantastic layout of this villa allows the majority of the rooms to open out onto the fully screened, large, pool deck which has a removable child protection fence around the optionally heated pool.

Bedroom 1 - King and cot/crib, Bedroom 2 - Queen,Bedroom 3- Twins, Bedroom 4- twins, a lounge with sofa convertable to a bed, and 3 bathrooms.

We are located in the newly-built, prestigious Orange Tree community of Orlando, eight miles from the Disney Parks and ideally situated for the many first class golf courses and other attractions that Orlando has to offer. The Orange Tree community nestles in an area of beautiful orange groves and offers a tennis court, basketball court, large football field, and children's play areas, which are all located within a short walking distance from the house.
