Our Florida Gulf Coast units are clean and comfortable. A place you can call your home while on vacation. The units are non-smoking. There are a number of golf courses, Gulf water sports and shopping locations in the area. Walk to community facilities for a barbeque, swimming, tennis, shuffle board, foosball, table tennis or billiards.

Master Bedroom has 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Roll Away (sleeps 1). Nicely furnished with dressers, cabinets, nightstands, large walk-in closet, TV Bedroom1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Nicely furnished with dressers, cabinets, nightstands, large wall to wall closet , TV Private Washer / Dryer, Central AC, Private Deck/Patio, Kitchen with Medium Fridge (has freezer), Range/Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Eating Bar, Dishwasher, Dishes, Glasses & Cutlery, Pots and Pans.

5. Small pets may be allowed. (Type of pet and deposit fee of $100 to be returned if no additional cleaning is required)
6. There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbors.
7. There is a Housekeeping fee of $65. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
8. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
