Vacation Rental Description

This Lake District apartment comprises a large family kitchen with a flagstone floor, relaxing sofa and farmhouse dining table. The lounge, which opens full height to the beams, features a log burner and comfortable suites, it adjoins the galleried landing which contains the formal dining area.

The master bedroom is large with exposed beams and en-suite. The second bedroom is also spacious with a double bed and sink. The third bedroom is a further double room and finally there is a twin bedroom. The main bathroom has a roll top bath, toilet, sink and bidet.

Dacre Garth lies in the heart of Cumbria within the small friendly village of Stainton. The Village boasts excellent food at the King’s Arms Public house and the Brantwood Hotel. Within a short walk is a farm shop stocking local and organic produce ranging from pasta and preserves, to fresh bread, milk, vegetables and its own butchery. The tea-rooms above the farm-shop are also recommended for lunch or an afternoon snack.

The village also has a children’s play area and recreation area just 5 minutes stroll from the Barn.
