Vacation Rental Description

This Holiday Villa in Cape Cod is nestled against the banks of Lovells Pond on two quiet acres, our four bedroom home offers a peaceful retreat. During the day, enjoy swimming or fishing off the dock, relaxing on the 692 sq' deck, or visiting any of the nearby town beaches. The backyard offers a great setting for spending time with family and friends or simply to catch a nap in the hammock. In the evening, take a dip in the 6 person jacuzzi/hot tub and enjoy dinner off the grill. The house features a dining room with seating for six to eight, an eat-in kitchen with seating for four, and a large living room with a fireplace and a beautiful view of the lake.

The Master suite includes its own large bathroom, a balcony overlooking the lake a sitting area and a fireplace for those cool evenings. Downstairs on the ground level we have a game room complete with 9' pool table, dart board, chess/checkers table and assorted board games. You are always welcome to take a swim in the lake or use the included town beach sticker and visit the ocean at any beach in Barnstable. For those interested in fishing, our lake is fully stocked and we have a 18' canoe at your disposal.
