Vacation Rental Description

 

The home has a great open layout for parties, weddings and reunions. A large living room with a wood fire place and a baby grand piano leads to the pool.The tropical backyard and pool are very private, surrounded by lush landscaping and mature palm trees.

A gourmet kitchen with a large island invites you to cook up fabulous meals. A gas stove, tree ovens and a microwave make it easy to cook for large groups. Two refrigerators, tow freesers with ice makers and a wine cooler. It also has a out door kitchen with a huge gas grill, a charcoal grill, refrigerator with ice maker, a bar and sink with hot&cold water. The master bedroom has a California king bed, TV and sitting area and a huge walk-in closet with custom furniture and a built-in safe for your valuables. The master bath has dual sinks and a jaccuzzi tub for two with a rain shower. Tree bedrooms have a queen bed. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

There is also an additional room next to the game room with 2 single beds. The game room boasts a ping pong table, darts and a sitting area. Two full sets of golf clubs are available for your use. The home has been updated in 2003 with marble floors in the living areas, bamboo hardwood and carpet in the bedrooms. No money has been spared on details and design.

This home is centrally located. 15 min to South Beach, 15 min to Surfside beach, 15 min to the airport, 10 min to down town Miami and only 5 min to Miami Shores Golf and Country Club. There are many parks and a water park in this community. The large shopping malls are only 15 tminutes away (Bal Harbour, Aventura, Coral Gables).

Miami Shores Village is an old established residential neighborhood with old oak and banyan trees along the streets and walkways. Cute shops, restaurants, wine stores and delicatessen are on its main street.
