Designed personally by the owners to maximize light and the breath-taking vistas, the 2 south-facing terraces and huge picture windows in every room ensure you can’t get away from those stunning views! Enjoy the luxury of gazing out to sea from the private Heated Pool, dine al-fresco on the spacious upper terrace, or sip an evening cocktail as you watch the magnificent sunsets over the mountains!

The villa accommodates 6 guests in comfort : 3 bedrooms (1 Super Kingsize, 1 Kingsize, 1 Twin) – all beds are imported divans with mattress toppers and Egyptian cotton linens for added comfort. The Master bedroom is en-suite, and there is a second bathroom – both provide high powered glass walled walk-in showers.  A spacious and bright lounge / dining room, modern kitchen with all the gadgets you could possibly need and separate utility room are all equipped with much thought and attention to detail to ensure an exceptional quality villa experience.  Fully air-conditioned, Wi-Fi throughout, LCD TV with home entertainment system and custom-made stylish furnishings all add to the 5 star quality of this beautiful luxury home.

About Golf Rentals Moraira

Located on the Costa Blanca just 10 minutes from Javea and Moraira, Cumbre del Sol is within an area considered by the World Health Organisation to have ‘one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world.’

It is an extraordinary hillside location with it’s own private beach (Moraig beach)  - just 5 minutes drive from the villa. Cumbre del Sol has it’s own supermarket, restaurants, bank, pharmacy and bar within easy reach – some within walking distance of the villa. Car hire though is essential for exploring locally.

For golfing enthusiasts, the courses of La Sella, Javea, Oliva Nova and Ifach are all less than 30 minutes drive.

Spain's fashionable 3rd city of Valencia - home to the America's Cup and Formula 1 Grand Prix of Europe - is just over an hour away. Madrid - 4 hours, Barcelona - 4 hours.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Payment is accepted in GBP or Euros by cheque, bank transfer or credit card options via PayPal

2. Rental rates are per week fully inclusive of all utilities, cleaning and laundry - no hidden extras
3. The only supplement is Pool Heating upon request at £75 per week
4. Rental periods are Saturday to Saturday
5. Short breaks available November to March
6. A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance 12 weeks prior to arrival
7. A security deposit of £250 is required, refundable in full on confirmation of no damage/loss on departure
8. This is strictly a non smoking villa
