Vacation Rental Description

Casa O Caracol is a beautiful villa with private pool (heated if required) set in a mature secluded plot of land with fruit trees, shrubs and lawn. The property has views of the sea and the local 9 hole golf course. It is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area of Vale do Milho (Valley of Maize) in Carvoeiro, a car is recommended but not essential as the Beach, Shops, Restaurants and even a Golf Course are within walking distance .

On two levels, the ground level has two twin bedrooms with a shared shower room, kitchen, an airy lounge/dining area, guest WC and entrance hall. The lounge and one of the bedrooms have patio door access to the back terrace. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom, en suite shower/bathroom, the room has patio doors opening up onto its own private balcony with panoramic views out to sea.

Outside is a terrace area, with shade if needed, table, chairs and sun loungers. There is a built in BBQ for all your outdoor needs and a mature garden with lawn. The property has a 9m x 4.5m pool that can be heated (additional cost). It has its own drive with carport for one car and unshaded for 2 cars. This property has every ingredient for a fun packed & enjoyable family holiday.

About Golf Rentals Carvoeiro

The area is great for walking, whether on the cliff tops, by the sea or through the country. Carvoeiro offers Banks, shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment, beach, boat trips (to the Grottos). There is a restaurant about 3 minute walk from the Vila.

Most activities are close by, Golf (course can be seen from the Vila), Horse riding, Tennis, 3 water parks in the area, shopping centres and more.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. A 25% deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £150) 8 weeks prior to guests' arrival.

2. Change over das is normally Saturday but other days maybe considered
3. Arrival after 14H00 and departure before 10H00.
4. Baby accessoires are optional, Cot - £15 per week and High Chair - £10 per week
5. Heated swimming pool is optional, costing £100 for the first week and £50 per consecutive week.
