Vacation Rental Description

This property is a luxury 4 bedroom Villa with its own 10m by 5m heatable Swimming pool, which all main rooms open onto and mature gardens. The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms. This tasteful and spacious accommodation comprises hallway into bright and airy sitting room with satellite TV, central fireplace with French doors to the covered terrace, sun terrace and swimming pool. From the sitting room you enter the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker and hob and a French door to the pool terrace.

In the left wing of the villa there are two twin bedrooms, each with French doors to a rear terrace and BBQ area. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a French door to the pool terrace.

From the sitting room you enter the right wing where there is a study with parquet floor, guest toilet, and master double bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom with huge walk in shower unit. There is also a French door to the pool terrace. Casa Comprida has been newly decorated and tastefully furnished throughout. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Casa Comprida is set in an area of Carvoeiro called Vale De Milho (Valley of Maize). Beach, Shops, Restaurants and even a Golf Course are within walking distance, however a car is recommended but not essential. If you want more than just lazing by the pool all day there are endless amounts of places to see and things to do, Golf, Tennis, Watersports, Sightseeing. Waterparks, Walking, Shopping and so much more...
