A spacious, fully air-conditioned, apartment that enjoys magnificent sea views from the living, dining and master bedroom. This privately-owned villa with air-conditioned bedrooms and ceiling fans is very well furnished. There is also a free-form swimming pool located in the garden.

The property is large and spacious with plenty of light making it have a truly relaxing and tranquil feel. It is the ideal property for having a relaxing holiday and ideal for families or groups of friends.

Sugar Hill is let complete with all equipment and utilities and is run by trained staff which consists of a cook/laundress. Supplies of food and drink are not included in the rate of villa, but can be arranged with prior notice.

This development is located around a centrally appointed club house with restaurant, bar and large infinity swimming pool. The welcoming staff will arrange restaurant bookings and show you to the state of the art fitness centre or championship tennis courts - three of which are floodlit. Alternatively, visit the Spa at the Suga Suga Beach Club and then relax on Mullins Beach with a complimentary beach chair and towel service. Our guests have full access to the exclusive members’ area on the beach and can avail themselves of the stunning beachside restaurant and the extensive water sports provided.
