Vacation Rental Description

 

Situated in Playa Fanabe in the South, Yucca Park is just 160 yards from the beach and 20 mins drive from the airport. The apartment is on an attractive 2 level complex and the resort features an impressive central swimming pool, squash courts and a pool bar. Shops, bars and restaurants are nearby.

The apartment is equipped to a high standard with sofa bed, 32 in flat screen tv, dvd, games and books in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker. There is also an iron and ironing board and clothes dryer. The bedroom has 2 single beds, a dressing table, 2 wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. The bathroom which has a new bath and shower has been fully retiled.

Maid service is provided 6 days per week.

Five golf courses are nearby the nearest being the championship course of Adeje. Yucca Park is centrally located for shops, activities and restaurants. Playa Fanabe has a beautiful promenade which is well-lit and patrolled by security.
