Vacation Rental Description

This Tenerife apartment is in an excellent location near Playa Fanabe in Costa Adeje which is an up and coming area of Tenerife. It is a spacious duplex apartment (2 floors) on a quiet corner of the complex and has a balcony and large terrace. Yucca Park has a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere with a poolbar/restaurant, squash court and self-service laundry. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a fold-up bed, and downstairs there is a double sofabed. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you should need for a self-catering holiday. Upstairs we have an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and W.C. Downstairs there is a shower room.

Yucca Park is 5 minutes from Playa Fanabe beach, with it's watersports facilities and many boat trips. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the area catering for all tastes. You will also find supermarkets and shops within easy walking distance. We recommend Yucca Park as we spend as much time there as we possibly can.

About me: We had been holidaying in the Playa Fanabe area for several years, and had stayed at Yucca Park on many occasions when we had the chance to buy an apartment there. As it's such a lovely complex we decided to buy 2, for our own use and to let out to other holidaymakers. We purchased 119 in November 2007 and 301 in March 2008. We have refurbished both apartments, and feel sure that holidaymakers will enjoy staying at Yucca Park as much as we do.
