This beautiful, new two-bedroomed penthouse apartment in Tenerife, which is situated in the exclusive development at Winter Gardens, is available all year round and.

This well-equipped holiday apartment has a comfortable lounge which leads out to a balcony with table and chairs. This enjoys views to the front of the apartment and out to the new marina and ocean beyond.

There is also the formal dining table and chairs, together with comfortable sofas. From the lounge, stairs rise to the large roof terrace, furnished with sunbeds and barbeque, where you can do your serious sunbathing with lovely views of the sea and mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the holiday apartment in Tenerife sleeps four, with two twin bedrooms, one en-suite and an additional bathroom.

All linen is provided, with the exception of beach towels.

Winter Gardens is a beautiful new development, 20 minutes from the airport, and benefitting from superb views of the sea and mountains. It is adjacent to several of Tenerife's finest golf courses and also boasts its own floodlit international bowling green.

Also included are the heated swimming pool, changing rooms, sauna, restaurant and poolside bar. The Winter Gardens Gym and Spa has so much to offer. At the Beauty Parlour, waxing, eye treatments, facials and nails are all available by appointment. You can book massage, Reiki or even a pedicure. Complementary therapies are also available from reflexology to Indian head massage. Visitors to Winter Gardens can book the gym or spa on weekly or daily terms.

ere is every type of restaurant available in walking distance from Thai and Chinese to Italian and English. English breakfast is available at most restaurants.

If you are around the pool, there is a good pool bar to provide drinks, coffee and snacks. Just along the road you will find "The Flying Geese" Irish Pub and trying one of their enormous lunches is a must.

There is a car parking space allocated to our visitors, in a secure underground car park, and vehicles can be hired from the airport or from the Hotel Aguamarina opposite.

The Marina is just a short walk away and you can view the stunning vessels moored there. We can recommend the trip now available from the jetty in the Yellow Submarine - which travels out to deeper waters just outside the marina to see the sea life (and divers). You can pre-book this trip, an absolute must for adults and children alike.

Los Christianos and Las Americas are just 10 minutes away, for those who like the busier resorts. Or try shopping in Santa Cruz.
