This Miami holiday apartment is a perfectly located near the financial district and south beach. Only steps away from the arts center, which includes the symphony hall, ballet opera house, studio center, as well as the Florida grand opera, just a block from the light rail.

The fabulous 1200 sq ft Miami apartment has plenty of built-out closets, balcony with spectacular views, tastefully furnished and all the comforts of home, full kitchen w/dishwashers, washer/dryer and central a/c. And for those that can't live without their cars, apartment has two assigned valet parking spots within the building.

About Golf Rentals Downtown

Miami is home to one of the largest and busiest international airports in the country. Ten Museum Park is located approximately eight minutes away from the airport in addition to being equally situated near Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, Miami's two most popular locations for tourists and residents.

The city of Coral Gables is one of Miami's more upscale areas and is home to Miracle Mile and the recent Village at Merrick Park, two great areas renowned for their hip shops and boutiques and palatable dining establishments. 1. PLEASE NOTE: Minimum stay is 4 days and we do not show the condos prior to renting unless you are staying for 3 months plus. There is a STRICT no smoking/no pet policy - we keep these in immaculate condition. PAYMENT TERMS: reservation made 45 days prior to arrival 10% non refundable reservation deposit, if 21 days prior to check in 50% deposit via PAYPAL to hold the dates, and balance due upon arrival. $500 security refundable upon departure assuming no damage. Any foreign exchange currency fees will be the responsible of the renter.
