Vacation Rental Description

The most prestigious beachfront Florida Gulf Coast accommodation on all of Ft Myers Beach! The wrap-around balcony lanai offers spectacular view of the ocean from every room in the condo! If a retreat into luxury is your vacation goal, then this is the place for you!

A circular balcony-lanai surrounds the entire 1700+ square feet of this top of the line condo! There are none that can compare to this awesome floor-plan.
Guests will be so pampered as the huge guest bedroom also features sliders out to their own private lanai, with full view of the ocean/beach below. Rarely will you find each bedroom situated to provide this panoramic view for both!
A huge kitchen with corian counter tops features new appliances, cookware, bakeware and serving ware. A washer/dryer is tucked away, out of sight, conveniently located off the kitchen.
The elegant dining area opens onto the side lanai, bringing in the sunshine and ocean scent through the sliders.
Sliders also open out from the spacious living room, to the front circular lanai.

Large double doors open into the breath-taking master bedroom. A huge jacuzzi completes the master bath.

Outdoors, the resort experience continues, with the heated pool, lounging patio, and bubbling hotspa. A rock waterfall completes the ambiance.

Tennis anyone? Courts are provided on site.
An exercise room completes all you need for an excellent vacation experience!

Water park just a few miles up the beach, for toddlers and youngsters. Very inexpensive.

Huge water park in Cape Coral, approx 25 miles. Very moderately priced, and wonderful fun for the whole family! Operates April - September.

Two huge outlet malls, both within 10 miles of the condos. Name brands for less.

Flea Market on Friday, Saturday and Sundays, just 12 miles. A bit of everything!

Many restaurants in the area....many theatres.

Barbara Mann Performing Arts Center in Fort Myers has big-name entertainers, musicals, plays, etc.
