Vacation Rental Description

On 120 square meters we offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 in-suite, an entrance with beautiful indirect lights, a full equipped kitchen with a 4 plates stove, microwave, big fridge with Freezer, coffee machine, Mixer & Toaster, an American bar with some beautiful chairs in front, the kitchen and the bar are made from some luxury mar molls, the living room offers a comfortable sofa with table, a home theatre, a flat screen and a nice table with 6 chairs for dinner, the outside terrace has an elegant outdoor sofa, chairs and tables and a warm water private pool with hydro massage and several indirect lights.

All 3 bedrooms offer nice new queen size beds, indirect lights, ventilators, 2 with flat screens and one with a big TV, all with cable TV, wardrobe, and new windows with green filtered glasses.

The second bedroom offers another luxury detail; you got there another hydro massage with warm water. You can look at the flat screen as well from the bed and also sitting in the hydro massage.

The penthouse offers air conditions and ventilators in all bedrooms and also in the living room.

Also you can use the DVD´s, 2 safes and you can enjoy the nice palms on the terrace.

Lots of small beautiful decorations and interiors in the whole penthouse, sure one of the nicest penthouse you can find in Rio de Janeiro.

The newest penthouse ´´Rio de Janeiro`` is situated on ´´Nossa Senhora de Copacabana 1137`` in the 13th floor, you stay at the end of posto 5, near posto 6, just 50 meters to the beach and only 200 meter distance to the famous disco ´´Help``.

Next and opposite to the penthouse you will find lots of restaurants like ´´Le grille``, this is a ´´a kilo restaurant with very good quality, opposite the famous ´´kilograma´´ churrascaria. The next internet café is not even 50 meters away, but you don’t need it, high speed internet in the penthouse is included. Just in the next building you have a gym center.
