Vacation Rental Description

New duplex 2 bedroom, 2.5 apartment just behind the JW Marriott and 3 blocks from Larcomar. The building is on a quiet back street with a 24 hour door man. The apartment has hardwood floors whereas the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms have tile. The kitchen has electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, rice maker, and coffee maker.

The Peru apartment comes with cooking pots, cooking utensils, china, silverware, glassware, linens, and towels to make you feel at home. The laundry room has full size washer and dryer. The loft TV room has a 32" LCD flat screen with DVD/CD/AM/FM player and WiFi internet connection for your laptop. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a dresser, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, and a walk in closet.

The bathroom showers have seamless glass enclosures. There are two water heaters to assure enough hot water for our guests.
