Vacation Rental Description

You will be charmed by the fabulous original features of this traditional village house, its beamed ceilings and stone fireplace, and the light and airy interior. It's literally steps to restaurants street cafes and  shops , but is situated in a quiet street. It is a world away from a modern, 1 bedroom flat in an apartment building, it really is unique and a special place to stay for your holiday in Antibes. On the first level is the bedroom, reached via the front door from the street level and up one flight of stairs, and the bathroom, both are spacious and airy. The bathroom has bath and shower and plenty of storage, and the bed is a large double. On the next level is the kitchen/living area. There is a well equipped kitchen with bar area, and a lovely sitting area with a feature stone fireplace, double sofa-bed, and dining for 6 people. Then there is the mezzanine area on the next level, a suitable sleeping area for children. It is air-conditioned throughout. There is Sky TV.

About Golf Rentals Antibes

This house is right in the heart of the Old Town of Antibes. Everything you could wish for is within a short walk. The local Antibes beach La Gravette is less than a 5 min. walk away, past street cafes, shops and restaurants, then through the medieval arch of the Ramparts, and past some of the 'smaller' yachts in the famous marina.
The daily Provencal Market is not to be missed, with a fabulous array of fresh produce on offer, early evening the site turns into a market of local artists which is equally lovely to browse through. A few steps from here is the Picasso Museum, which contain works that he produced while living there. The train station, also a 5 min. walk will take you easily anywhere along the coast, it's a lovely view in either direction, though especially towards Monaco, which should not be missed.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Booking period is 5 nights minimum.

   To secure a booking a 25% non-refundable deposit is required, to be paid by bank transfer in euros. Sender to pay bank charges. The remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Towels and bed linen are provided.
   A 300 euro, or sterling equivalent, security/key deposit is required in cash on arrival at the property. This will be returned on departure minus cost of any damage/breakages.

   
    A final cleaning/laundry fee of 60 euros is payable in cash on departure. This is charged locally by our cleaner.
   Please note that checkins after 10pm. can not be facilitated.
